With the continuous development of science and technology, intelligence has gradually entered our life, and this has also changed the way high school students learn English.

As technology has played a more prominent place in classrooms in recent times, you may wonder what are the effective learning strategies for high school students in the digital age? Having a good acquisition of English means that you should be proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Therefore, it seems to me that we are supposed to make full use of the network in these aspects.

First of all, for listening and speaking, we can watch some classic English movies, especially focusing on the accents and techniques of authentic English such as liaison. A number of applications on spoken English are offered which are beneficial to our pronunciation by imitation.

More importantly, in views of reading, we can read the original English books online. Let books become our close friends and lead us to the success of life, experience the philosophy of life contained in it.

Finally, the key to writing is accumulation of vocabulary, it is the basic of writing, as a famous saying goes, “Rome was not built in one day”,so we must expend vocabulary every day. We can write some things that are interesting in our daily life in English, after that, we can‘bask’them in the circle of friends on wechat and share them with our friends.

Integrate the above four parts together, I think this is the best strategy to learn English. Where there is a will, there is a way. Entering the digital age, as a teenager, we’re expected to increase knowledge combined with the above four parts in an effective way and make our motherland stronger and stronger!
