01、学校简介 About QZU

衢州学院是一所以工为主、多科协调发展的全日制应用型普通本科院校。学校位于浙江省西部有万年文化史和四千多年建城史的国家历史文化名城衢州市。衢州市素有“南孔圣地”、“围棋仙地”之称，是联合国“国际花园城市”、“国家森林城市”、“全国文明城市”，聚焦新材料、新能源、集成电路、智能装备、生命健康、特种纸六大标志性产业链建设。

学校前身为创办于1985年的浙江工学院浙西分校（浙江工业大学浙西分校）。根据2023年软科中国大学排名，学校在全国本科高校中位列第353名。校园占地867亩，设有化学与材料工程学院、机械工程学院、建筑工程学院、电气与信息工程学院、商学院、教师教育学院、外国语学院、马克思主义学院、创业学院、体育工作部等10个学院（部），开设涉及工学、教育学、管理学、经济学、文学、理学、艺术学等7大学科门类的本科专业31个，现有全日制普通本专科学生9300余人，教职员工790人。

学校稳步推进教育国际化，与英国、美国、德国、意大利、俄罗斯、韩国、泰国、马来西亚等多个国家高校建立合作关系。2023年“衢州学院·牧高笛丝路商学院”入选浙江省第二批“一带一路‘丝路学院’”，在意大利、西班牙、捷克共建3所“丝路围棋学院”，与英国纽卡斯尔大学共建国际联合实验室，并举办各类国际学术会议，推进国际科研合作与交流。

QZU is an application-oriented public university.While comprehensive in scope, QZU maintains a strong emphasis on engineering disciplines. QZU is located in Quzhou City, the West of Zhejiang Province. Quzhou City is one of the nationally historical and cultural cities, with a civilization history of about 10,000 years and a built-up history of over 4,000 years. Quzhou City has won many awards such as the Center of Southern Confucianism, Cradle of Weiqi Culture, International Garden City, National Forest City and National Civilized City. Quzhou City is committed to developing six industrial chains: new materials, new energy, integrated circuits, intelligent equipment, life health, and specialty paper.

Founded in 1985,QZU ranks 353rd among national undergraduate institutions according to the 2023 Soft Science China University Rankings. QZU covers an area of 57.8 hectares, consists of 7colleges and offers 31undergraduate programs, covering seven disciplines including engineering, literature, science, education, art, management, and economics. At present, QZU has about 9,300 full-time students on campus and a faculty and staff of 790individuals.

QZU has established collaborative partnerships with colleges and universities throughout the world including the UK,the US, Germany, Italy,Russia,ROK, Thailand, and Malaysia.

QZU has established QZU-MOBI GARDEN Silk Road Business School in Bengal, three Silk Road Weiqi Schoolsin Italy, Spain and the Czech Republic, and an international joint laboratory with Newcastle University in the UK, and has held various international academic conferences to promote scientific research cooperation and exchanges.

我校设置5000-20000元不等六种类型奖学金，用以奖励学习态度认真、成绩优异的国际学生，名额视具体情况而定，详情可咨询我校国际处。

Six types of scholarships are established ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 yuan, toaward international students who have a serious attitude towards learning and outstanding academic performance. The number of available scholarships depends on the specific circumstances, and for more details, please consult our International Office.

 

05、毕业要求 GraduationRequirements

学生按规定参加课程学习和实习实践、毕业考试或考核。

在以中文为教学语言的学科和专业中，国际学生在毕业时应具备国际汉语水平标准的五级汉语水平。在以外语为教学语言的学科和专业中，国际学生在毕业时应至少具备国际汉语水平标准的四级汉语水平。

Internationalstudents participate in course learning, internshipand practice, graduation examsor assessment according to university regulations.

In disciplines and majors that use Chinese as the teaching language, international students should have a Chinese proficiency level of HSK5upon graduation. In disciplines and majors that use foreign languages as their teaching languages, international students should have a Chinese proficiency level ofHSK4upon graduation.

06、申请资格Eligibility

1.申请人综合要求

Comprehensive Requirements

学历生项目申请人年龄18至30周岁，汉语进修生项目申请人年龄18至50周岁，身心健康、品行端正，持有外国有效护照，愿意遵守中国的法律和学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。

Applicants for the undergraduate program must be aged between 18 to 30 years old, while applicants for the Chinese language & culture program must be aged between 18 to 50 years old. They must be physically and mentally healthy, have good moral character, hold a valid foreign passport, be willing to abide by Chinese laws and the regulations of Quzhouuniversity, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people.

2.国籍要求Nationality Requirements

符合教育部外函[2020]12号文件规定的国籍要求。

Internationalstudents should meet the nationality requirements stipulated in the document No.12 [2020] of the Ministry of Education.

3.语言水平要求

Language Requirements

学历生项目中申请中文授课的学生，中文水平要求HSK四级及以上。申请英文授课的学生，除母语为英语的学生外，都需提交托福/雅思/多邻国等英语水平证明或上一阶段的英语授课证明。汉语进修生项目语言水平不做要求。

Chinese-taught undergraduatePrograms: Applicants must provide HSK4 or above certificate.

English-taught undergraduatePrograms: Applicants (except for English native speakers) must provide proof of English language proficiency such as TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo or proof of previous study conducted in English.

Chinese Language & Culture Program: Applicants do not require a specific level of language proficiency.

07、申请材料 Documents

1.经公证的最高学历证书和学术成绩单（今年毕业生需提供预毕业证明）。非中文或英文的文件必须提供英文或中文版本的翻译件。申请人在注册时必须出示上述文件的原件。

2.语言证书：学历生项目中申请英语授课项目的申请人（母语是英语的除外）必须提供托福/雅思/多邻国等英语水平证明（不接受托福ITP成绩）或上一学历阶段英语授课证明。申请中文授课项目的申请人必须提供HSK四级及以上证书。

3.个人简历。

4.中文或英文的学习计划或个人陈述。

5.护照扫描件。

6.2英寸照片（照片格式：彩色2英寸免冠照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片大小的2/3，照片大小不小于320*240像素，长宽比为4:3，大小为100-500kb，JPG格式）。

7.中文或英文的外国人体格检查表复印件。中国检疫机构打印的表格必须包括其中列出的所有项目。记录不完整或没有主治医生的签名、医院的官方印章或申请人的封存照片的无效。请仔细规划体检时间，因为体检结果的有效期仅为六个月（申请时结果应仍有效）。

9.申请费证明：人民币400元汇款证明（无论是否被录取，申请费均不予退还）。

提醒：汇款时，请确保准确填写付款参考号、申请学生的全名、护照号码和专业。

如果提交的材料不符合上述要求，申请可能会被视为无效。所有提供的信息和材料必须属实和正确。否则，由申请人自行承担因此造成的一切后果（包括但不限于被取消入学资格或被开除学籍）。

1.Notarized highest degree certificate and academic transcripts (for current year graduates a provisional graduation certificate will be acceptable). Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translated English or Chinese version. Applicants must present the original copy of the aforementioned documents when registering at QZU.

2.Language certificate: Applicants applying for English-taught undergraduate programs, except for native English speakers, must provide proof of English proficiency such as TOEFL/IELTS/DUOLINGUO (TOEFL ITP scores are not accepted) or proof of previous English-taught programs. Applicants applying for Chinese-taught undergraduate programs must provide a certificate of HSK4 or above.

6.2-inch photo (Photo format: color 2-inch bareheaded photo, white background without border, head takes up 2/3 of the photo size, photo size is not less than 320*240 pixels, aspect ratio is 4:3, size is 100-500kb, JPG format).

7.Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in Chinese or English. The form printed by Chinese quarantine authority must cover all of the items listed in it. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only six months (your results should be valid when you submit your application).

9.Certificate of application fee: CNY400 remittance certificate (the application fee will not be refunded whether accepted or not).

Reminder: Please make sure to accurately indicate the payment reference number, full name, passport number, and major of the applying student when remitting the payment.

The application may be invalid if the submitted materials do not meet the above requirements.All information and materials provided are factually true and correct. Otherwise all the consequences caused are undertaken by yourself (including but not limited to being disqualified from admission or expelled from academic status).

08、申请方式 How to apply

请登录衢州学院国际学生服务平台https://qzc.at0086.cn/Student完成在线申请，并提交以上文件。学校将根据学生上一阶段的成绩、语言水平和面试情况等因素综合考虑择优录取。我校确认收到学生申请所需所有材料后将向正式录取的学生发送《录取通知书》《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》等录取材料，申请人在线查询录取结果和奖学金申请结果。录取工作一般为10个工作日。

申请截止日期：2024年7月31日

Please log in to the Quzhou University International Student Service Platform at https://qzc.at0086.cn/Studentto complete the online application and submit the above documents.

QZU will comprehensively consider qualified candidates according to the students’scores, language proficiency, interview and other factors in the previous stage. Once we have received all the materials required for applications, we will send the Letter of Admission, Visa Application for Study in China and other admission materials to officially admitted students. Applicants can check the admission and scholarship application results online. The admission process generally takes 10 working days.

09、报到注册 Registration

录取学生须严格按照录取通知书上规定的时间来校报到、注册，报到时将核验毕业证书原件、学历证书原件、HSK证书原件、英语水平成绩证明原件等。未能提供相应证书者，将被取消入学资格。开学报到注册时间2024年8月底或9月初，具体日期以《录取通知书》为准。

Admitted students shall strictly follow the enrollment time written in the Admission Notice to get registered. The original materials of graduation certificate, degree certificate, HSK certificate, English proficiency certificate and so on will be checked during registration. Those who fail to provide the corresponding certificates will be disqualified from admission. The registration time is late August or early September in 2024, specified by the Admission Notice.
